**RETAIL EXECUTIVE / SENIOR RETAIL EXECUTIVE**

**Our Organisation**:
Textile and Fashion Federation (TaFF) is the official association for the têxtile and fashion industry in Singapore and plays an active role in the development of the industry. Working closely with the Singapore government, TaFF is working to position Singapore as an innovative fashion hub in SEA with focus on Technology & Innovation, Sustainability and Asian Craftsmanship.

TaFF champions programmes that build capabilities, expand Singapore’s fashion and têxtile businesses internationally, and promote environmentally friendly business practices.

TaFF is the operator for The Cocoon Space and Design Orchard Retail Showcase (DORS).

**DORS**, the retail showcase located at level one of Design Orchard and situated in the centre of Orchard Road, provides a physical retail space for new and emerging designers, at the renowned shopping belt of Singapore. It has the largest collection of locally-based designer brands in Singapore.

**Career Opportunity / Role Overview**:
The Retail Executive/Senior Retail Executive is a key member of the DORS family and the face of DORS to our customers. Knowledgeable, friendly, enthusiastic, you will provide a unique experience that embodies our Brand DNA.

As this role is in a service environment, you should be someone who has strong communication and interpersonal skills with a great and welcoming personality. He/She should inspire and lead the team to deliver a seamless customer experience to make every visit to DORS unforgettable.

You will have opportunities for growth and career progression; both within the Store (Supervisor / Manager positions) or within other functions such as Retail Operations, Marketing and more.

- Welcome and engage customers by providing an excellent in-store experience at all times.
- Maintain and build customer base and loyalty.
- Develop client relationships through an individual approach and leveraging on the CRM and Marketing tools.
- Maximize sales opportunity in order to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the store including cashiering and housekeeping duties to ensure and maintain the shop floor and visual display standards.
- Manage stock levels and assist in making decisions with regards to stock control.
- Ensure that safety, security, and administration procedures are followed.
- Have good product knowledge of the products in store.
- Assist with any other duties and tasks as assigned by our Assistant/Retail Store Manager.

- Are self-motivated and a good communicator.
- Possess exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
- Have a positive, cheerful demeanor, and be a team player.
- Are excited about, and supportive of, local fashion brands, products, and stories.
- Are enthusiastic about speaking, storytelling, and recommending said products.
