We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Retail Executive to join our Client. As a Retail Executive, you will work closely with the Store Manager to ensure that our store operates smoothly and provides exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for maintaining the store inventory, ensuring accurate pricing, and achieving sales targets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the Store Manager in ensuring that promotions are accurate and in line with the company's standards.
- Support all promotion events and work closely with the marketing team in all marketing campaigns.
- Maintain a healthy store inventory and ensure items are in stock.
- Ensure follow-up on store operations, including stock availability, delivery, and merchandise display.
- Maintain high accuracy in product price tagging and have a strong motivation to meet sales targets.
- Possess good leadership qualities to help drive and motivate sales staff to achieve sales targets.
- Assist and guide retail consultants in providing a consistent and high quality of service to customers.
- Respond to customer complaints, issues, and questions.
- Keep proper documentation on all sales documents.
- Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Retail Manager.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Retail Management or similar.
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in a retail environment.
- Experience in the music industry is an added advantage but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting.
- Comfortable working on weekends.
