**Responsibilities**
- Implement the company strategies and work closely with management to achieve designated NOS
- Align with the team on all channel sales promotions and events/fairs
- Establish and sustain good relationship with buyers and other support department colleagues
- Ability to update management on market competition, demand and changes
- Ability to guide and refresh all visual merchandising display according to HQ guidelines
- Organize counter/ store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
- Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
- Conduct sales and product training to staff performance
- Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
- Deal with all consumers’ complaints to maintain the brand reputation
- Inspect the areas at the counter/ store and resolve any issues that might arise
- Plan and oversee in-store and counters promotional events or displays
- Analyze sales reports and make forecasts
- Performs any other responsibilities as assigned
**Qualifications**
- 3-5 years working experience with wholesales and retail, preferably in consumer products industry
- Good knowledge of retail & wholesales operation
- Independent, responsible, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Strong communication skills, able to communicate effectively and efficiently with local and regional teams
- Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles and best practices
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
