Singapore WATSON'S PERSONAL CARE STORES PTE LTD Full time

You will be on our “Fast-track Programme”. Typically, you will spend 6 to 12 months learning the basics of store operations.

Upon successful completion of the one-year Management Trainee Programme, you will progress to the next level as Retail Executive and be tasked with increased management responsibilities. If you perform exceptionally well, you will be given the opportunity to explore different job roles through deployment into various departments so you can find the best fit for your skills and interests.

Retail Executives assist the Store Manager/Asst Store Manager in the supervision of the supervisory staff and Sales Assistants, outside consultants and cleaners in the store.

Under the Watsons Retail Executive (Management Trainee) Programme, you can look forward to high-impact development experiences designed to groom graduates and young professionals.
