As the Client Services Director, you are responsible for relationships with our C-Suite and Senior Executive clients, as well as serve as the Head of Department - driving objectives and achieving success metrics for your experienced Client Services team.
Your partnership with clients, industry and domain knowledge, as well as salesmanship serve as strategic input to innovation, experience and marketing programs at the intersection of design and technology your team and other disciplines are working on for our clients and prospects. You will collaborate closely with other discipline leads to ensure excellence in thinking and execution across all work, while fostering a culture that allows a multidisciplinary team of diverse individuals to thrive, and to do the best work of your careers.
You are accountable for account growth, client and team satisfaction, retention and quality of service.
**Who are we looking for?**

- Understanding of how to collaborate across borders and cultures
- A natural problem solver with an eye for design, detail and new solutions
- 12-15 years' experience
