The Client Services Director is to lead the transformation of our business against our global strategy, as well as meet sales expectations in the ASEAN region. This role will own the direct client sales function across the regional team.
**Key Purpose**
The main focus of the role is to set out strategy for ASEAN, create and execute sales plans with the aim of driving sustainable revenue growth and market share. The successful sales strategy is built on a vision of collaboration, unification, sales, marketing and sales enablement. This is a player/coach role.
**Responsibilities**
- Deliver on growth targets, revenues and margins across Media services, Data, Events and consumer pillars in the business.
- Develop and execute on the Sales Strategy.
- Manage and lead the account management and customer experience teams.
- Define sales team priorities to maximise sales and margins.
- Oversee accounts planning, sales forecasting, CRM usage, and pipeline management.
- Report on sales pipeline and booking cadence.
- Partner with the local leadership team and internal stakeholder s to drive results.
- Identify opportunities and channels for growth.
- Lead from the front
