Singapore Priority Consultants Full time

Priority Consultants is seeking a Client Services Director for PR/Digital/Communications to consult with multinational clients expanding in Asia. The role requires understanding all aspects of communications—public relations, digital, media, influencer—and strong leadership to inspire a team.

As a multinational team, we operate in a hybrid world with a diverse culture, aiming to deliver exceptional results and build lasting relationships with media and clients.

To succeed, you should understand how senior executives think and operate, be fluent with today's headlines/trends, and be able to develop strategies for technology companies expanding in the region. You must bring strong people management and leadership skills; experience in consulting services or communications agency work is vital.

Responsibilities
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends impacting the business world, especially in technology, professional services, financial services, energy and critical infrastructure.
  • Build, maintain and develop opportunities with clients and explore possible areas for cooperation and expansion of services.
  • Plan and conceptualize communications campaigns for clients across media engagement, internal communications, and events.
  • Respond to and understand the competitor landscape to identify opportunities to promote client interests.
  • Measure, modify (if necessary) and report results in support of the client engagement plan.
  • Measure and report on time and resources used to execute the programme by the client servicing team.
  • Oversee client engagement and management with a focus on developing profitable partnerships.
  • Manage the bottom-line aspects of client engagements and the business budget; report quarterly to the management team on targets and quotas.
  • Develop media pitches and storylines with the team; provide guidance and quality control for news releases, blog articles and other content.
  • Supervise, coach and develop a team of account executives in relevant client servicing skills.
  • Guide team members to execute client programmes and meet agreed KPIs.
Must Haves / Qualifications
  • A relevant degree or higher from a reputable university/institution.
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in public relations, digital communications, or marketing communications agency roles.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Outstanding customer-focused attitude and ability to work across time zones (US and Europe) and cultures.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, with campaigns executed across the region for US/European-based clients.
  • Driven and results-oriented; performance will be measured on key metrics.
  • Multinational experience and keen understanding of diverse business environments (preferred).
