**Minimum qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of experience in cloud computing (e.g., infrastructure, storage, platforms and data), cloud market, competitive dynamics, and customer buying behavior.
- Experience with Big Data, PaaS, and IaaS technologies.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting.
- Experience in working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
- Ability to present technical materials effectively to diverse stakeholder groups, and to engage effectively with executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters.
- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Ability to build and develop re-usable solution architectures.
**About the job**:
As a Consumption and Revenue Excellence Lead, you will play a key role in helping teams understand the business flow for our customer workloads. You'll work with the regional leadership to unearth trends to maximize business growth in the shortest time and bring value to our customers. You'll be responsible for ensuring that the Customer Engineering organization in APAC continues its focus on customer success and business growth for Google Cloud. You will work with multiple internal teams to ensure there are leading practices embedded into the organization and that there is a constant focus on accelerating our customers' time to value.

**Responsibilities**:
- Evolve Customer Engineering into an organization that plays an integral part in driving customer business by effectively ramping and identifying growth opportunities with new and existing workloads.
- Implement a monthly business cadence across Customer Engineering, Sales, Regional Strategy and Operations, and Customer Experience to establish regular roll-ups of revenue data and account insight. Mature the understanding of cloud business planning and remediation.
- Orchestrate the virtual team required to establish and deploy the process, tools, and training required to run a well-managed, well-automated, well-instrumented hygienic business.
- Streamline GTM strategy and work with the wider Google Cloud organization to remove friction and drive greater business growth.
- Be a regional Subject Matter Expert and act as a thought leader for business culture change.
