**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in cloud computing (e.g., infrastructure, storage, platforms, and data), cloud market, competitive dynamics, and customer buying behavior.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Experience in account management, client service, or management consulting.
- Experience working with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver successful solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to present technical materials effectively to diverse stakeholder groups, and to engage effectively with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and non-technical matters.
- Ability to work effectively with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and customer base.
- Ability to build and develop re-usable solution architectures.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Google Cloud Customer Engineering Excellence Lead for South East Asia. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic business initiatives within the Google Cloud Customer Engineering team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, business programs, and sales enablement initiatives. As the Google Cloud Engineering Excellence Lead, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of Google Cloud's success and market presence.

**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and lead business and consumption excellence that align with the Google Cloud’s business objectives and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, and sales teams to create comprehensive go-to-market strategies that effectively position and launch products and solutions to the market.
- Build and deliver sales enablement materials, training, and resources to empower the sales teams to effectively communicate the value proposition of Google Cloud Engineering offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform product and go-to-market strategies. Establish key performance indicators (OKRs) and tracking mechanisms to measure the success and impact of business programs and GTM initiatives.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to provide updates on business program performance, GTM strategies, and progress toward business goals.
