Customer Engineer, Applied Ai, Google Cloud

**Minimum qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience with cloud native architecture in a customer-facing or support role.
- 4 years of experience with conversational Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.

**Preferred qualifications**:

- Experience in Customer Engagement Suite Architect with Google Dialogflow CX.
- Experience in development and deployment of conversational AI Dialogflow CX models including intents, entities, and integrations in a Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environment.
- Experience in Implementing and optimizing features like context management, entity recognition, and multi-turn conversations.
- Experience with Contact center/Interactive Voice Routing/Response (IVR) Architecture.
- Ability to write custom Information-Retrieval workflows or Retrieval augmented generation code using common Orchestration frameworks.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work with customers to understand their business needs and translate them into AI/ML solutions on Google Cloud.
- Design and deploy AI/ML solutions, leverage your expertise in Google Cloud's products and services (e.g., Customer Engagement Suite like Cloud Contact Center AI (CCAI), Dialogflow, Agent Builder, Agent Assist, Insights AI).
- Develop and deliver proofs-of-concept, demos, and technical workshops to showcase the power of Google Cloud AI/ML.
- Act as a leader and trusted advisor, guide customers on quality for AI/ML implementation and optimization.
- Travel to customer sites, conferences, and other related events as needed, acting as a public advocate for Google Cloud.
