The Consulting Practice Leader - Cloud Consumption is a customer facing role responsible for leading the Cloud Consumption practice within the APAC area with deep Industry / Solution Area expertise. You will be responsible for maintaining effective customer relationships within your Area/Practice and creating an organization that is accountable to our customers for the development, execution, and governance of transformational solutions.

Using your technical leadership skills, consulting delivery expertise and cross-industry solutions acumen, you will work directly with targeted customers. As a practice leader, you will coach and direct both Managers and Individual Contributors across a practice of architects, consultants, project managers and technical feature teams, inspiring exceptional performance, customer centricity, and developing the organizational capabilities necessary for you and your team to sustain long term trusted relationships with our customers.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategy: This role is accountable for executing against the business strategy within their practice. This includes establishing the necessary business rhythms and controls to achieve cloud consumption at the area & account levels as well as operational targets.
- Practice Management accountability (Azure Consumption, Modern Work & Biz Apps Revenue).
- Leads a large portfolio of Industry Solutions Delivery involving a complex range of offerings, internal teams, and/or customer stakeholders
- Drives action to expand their practice portfolio and drive Cloud Consumption and Revenue.
- Collaborates across Microsoft organizational boundaries and within partner communities to fully integrate Industry assets to maximize customer business value and outcomes.
- Act as an Industry expert to advise customers on digital transformation, industry trends, and business value creation through delivery.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field AND 12+ years of relevant work experience OR equivalent experience (Practice CPL).
- Deep understanding of Digital Transformation with proven experience of 10+ years or relevant work experience.
- Deep understanding of Cloud consumption and supporting customers to move from On-Prem to cloud.
