**Revenue Operations Lead**

Adyen is looking for a Revenue Operations Regional Lead who will partner with regional leadership to identify opportunities to effectively execute revenue-generating activities. As an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to create meaningful impact by aligning and consulting key stakeholders on how to adopt and implement global revenue-generating best practices locally. You will connect teams, drive improvements for our revenue generating efforts, and create accountability for achieving results.

Together with the functional Operations Specialists you help drive a universal and best end-to-end commercial process across the globe. You will also partner with the regional Commercial Analysts to translate insights into actionable growth opportunities.

**Your responsibilities**
- Be the trusted business partner of the regional leadership teams, and elevate the commercial engine execution in the region (operationalise strategic initiatives, workshops, driving QBRs & MBRs agendas, co-create / facilitate execution of our GTM strategy etc.) locally
- Translating insights - showcasing what is blocking our revenue generating activities - into solutions, and driving teams to solve for them.
- Championing and executing the global Revenue Operations agenda and initiatives
- Collaborate with the functional OS teams to identify and prioritize operational efficiency opportunities across the region and drive adoption
- Support with and validate the regional and local commercial goals with the Revenue Operations - Analytics team
- Drive accountability of teams in the commercial engine, by activating commercial goals and aligning efforts to reach them
- Feedback regional needs for resources, to stack-rank priorities for technology and insights support
- Connect the dots with other regional teams to align on enablement efforts

**Who you are**
- 5+ years experience in similar roles (Revenue Operations Analyst, Revenue Operations Specialist, Consultancy) and working with cross functional teams
- Proven track record of driving commercial teams' revenue generating efforts by identifying growth opportunities and translating them into solutions
- Experience in advising and working with senior stakeholders on commercial process improvements
- Ability to think strategically using data-driven mindset for decision making
- Excellent storytelling skills to effectively communicate value
- Comfortable individual contributor with strong influencing skills to manage different stakeholders, consult, educate, and drive change management while realizing it's adoption
- Project management & program management skills
