  • This role is for one of our clients in the Operations industry at Mid-Senior level with a minimum experience of 7 years. The location for this full-time position is in NCR.About the RoleWe are seeking a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to establish and expand our Revenue Strategy & Operations function. In this hands-on and impactful role, you will oversee business strategy, systems design, and go-to-market execution. Your responsibilities will involve architecting the entire revenue operations ecosystem to drive scalable growth, going beyond just CRM dashboard optimization.This is a unique opportunity to spearhead and manage a fully-fledged RevOps function, supported by executives, allowing you ample ownership and freedom to innovate.What You'll Do1. Build & Define the RevOps Function- Develop foundational frameworks, processes, and tools for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success operations- Establish key revenue metrics, enhance funnel visibility, and ensure alignment across GTM teams- Create scalable playbooks and workflows to enhance conversion rates, retention, and overall GTM performance2.
