As a technical expert in the product domain, act as a bridge between customers, the sales team, and the product development team. Deliver product capabilities continuously to the sales team through contextualized product solutions and best practices, resolving customer pain points and promoting the scaled use of products. Utilize market and customer insights to inform the product development team of market changes and customer feedback, translate customer needs into product technical language Responsibilities include: Market Insight and Competitive Analysis - Identify market opportunities, assess market potential, and understand the competitive landscape related to our products. - Analyze core metrics, strategic positioning, and pricing strategies of competitor products. - Swiftly detect market trends and customer business challenges to unearth product business opportunities, expedite their actualization, and establish a dominant competitive edge. Product Opportunity Assessment and In-depth Technical Communication - Represent the product line in formulating business strategies and assessing potential business opportunities. - For complex project requirements, work closely with the sales team to engage in in-depth technical discussions with clients. Leverage insights into industry trends and technological advancements to guide key customer decision-makers in specific technical contexts, thereby facilitating the conversion of opportunities into tangible outcomes. Product Solution Design and Technical Support - For complex initiatives, comprehend customers' business goals as well as functional/non-functional, performance, and availability requirements. Offer product solutions that are not only technologically competitive but also viable and cost-effective, tailored to customer scenarios. Deliver technical support during the stages of product selection, proof of concept (POC), and pricing configurations. - Refine key technical metrics tailored to customer business scenarios to create leading bid items, ensuring a competitive edge in bidding processes such as POC executions and win-back campaigns. - Facilitate cross-team synergy to refine project advancement strategies, enhancing the multidimensional competitiveness of solutions in terms of cost, performance, and stability. - Investigate innovative product solutions and scenarios to expedite new product market penetration and sustain the dynamism of product innovation. - Provide crucial technical support for after-sales queries to major clients, leveraging technology to drive business growth. Product Design & Optimization Support - By gaining a deep understanding of the industry and various scenarios, contribute to the design of critical functionalities, pricing strategies, and user experience of the product, assisting in sustaining its leadership within specific industries or use-case scenarios. - Pinpoint and precisely distill the shared needs and pain points of customers to inform product design, drive product enhancements and the convergence of multiple products, as well as facilitate the incubation of innovative products and features. Best Practices Consolidation and Enablement - Document best practices tailored to niche scenarios, selectively release Infrastructure as Code (IaC) scripts, and capture benchmark success stories from project implementations. Identify shared modules and standardize capabilities to expedite the scaling of product solutions. - Extract and highlight the product's superior functional performance metrics, and design targeted test cases to enhance product and technology impact. Develop the solution's competitiveness based on robust test cases and comprehensive testing strategies. - Engage in creating go-to-market (GTM) materials for the product, collaborate with partners to develop joint solutions, and provide enablement for the sales force and ecosystem partners.
