Position Description: As a Product Evangelist, As a product operations expert, you will be responsible for building and disseminating technical content, establishing and managing data analysis systems, formulating and executing marketing strategies for product and solution launches, and collaborating on sales business strategies to develop customer expansion tactics that achieve business objectives. You will promote user conversion and enhance user experience through user operations, ensuring sustained user growth. Additionally, you will need to identify user needs and drive product iteration and optimization. By continuously gaining insights into product operation strategies, costs, and efficiency, you will contribute to the healthy growth of both the product user base and business scale. Product GTM Content System Development - Based on product update iterations, technology hot spots, etc., organize the production of product GTM enabling materials, including product sales guidance package, technical analysis package, customer case package, competition analysis package, product tender/bid specification package, etc. Official Website Product Evangelism - Develop self-service platforms for online products, including online knowledge bases, user forums, and training tutorials, etc., summarize best practices and tool products, accumulate standardized solutions and technology service content, and improve users' cross-product service experience and self-service capabilities. - Develop online product evangelist strategies and activities, provide continuous feedbacks on online product usage, and help users solve technology and business problems. User Experience Growth - Based on market research and Alibaba Cloud data analysis, define target user groups of products, explore users' needs, build complete corporate user role portraits and labels, and achieve precision marketing. - Based on the lifecycle of open source projects, plan and organize open source promotion activities, implement open source cases, establish industry standards, and drive the development of the open source ecosystem. Create a digital dashboard for open source projects to enhance their influence and developer relations, thereby achieving open source-driven product growth. Commercial Growth - Participate in the design of product commercialization strategies from free to paid, clarify the paid conversion path, and increase the number of effective paying users. - Participate in the formulation of business strategies and achieve cost reduction, increase revenue and increase gross profit margin through refined operations. - Develop a data-driven mechanism to effectively capture customer changes and new opportunities, and feed effective business opportunities to the front line to assist in formulating customers' offensive and defensive strategies and increase product penetration among customers. Product Needs Feedbacks - Actively gather customer requirements and address issues and defects, provide customer's feedbacks to PD and promote product evolution. Product Marketing - Develop and organize the implementation of product marketing communication strategies and plans, and establish product industry influence and customer awareness through the release of product marketing soft articles, official website marketing promotion, product technology summits, analyst ranking docking guidance, etc. Product Ecological Development (Product Evangelist Leader Only) - Continuously expand the scale of product ecology, enhance the willingness, capability, and efficiency of product sales through ecological channels, and facilitate growth by providing standardized products & solutions, cultivating standardized capabilities, and introducing standardized services.
