**About the Job**

This role works closely with client servicing teams to coordinate, plan and execute conferences and events in the APAC region.

**You will need**
- At least 2 years of experience in medical society secretariat functions, speakers & delegates management, delegates recruitment, registration management, call for papers, database management or similar capacity with other industry.
- Budget management
- Coordinate and work with the project team to manage and oversee the logistics requirements among stakeholders, service providers, venue managers and attendees
- Good understanding of video conferencing platforms
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to details while multi-tasking
- To be able to work on holidays and weekends when required (off-in-lieu to make up for after office hours worked)
- To travel on short notice

**Desirable skills but not essential**
- Proficiency in necessary design software i.e. Photoshop
- Familiarity with database management and corporate travel booking
