Event Producer Role:

This position involves overseeing the creation and execution of conferences to ensure they meet high standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to develop compelling conference programmes that are commercially viable for sponsorship and delegate sales.
Source and qualify speakers, including industry experts, regulators, and government representatives, to create a strategic plan for conference themes, topics, and speakers.
Manage the technical call for papers process and work with internal teams to execute and deliver targets.

Working with Partners:
Develop content strategies in line with partner objectives and establish key relationships with industry stakeholders.
Assist in identifying potential sponsors, partners, and hosts to support commercial growth.

Conference Project Management:
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop digital content-marketing campaign ideas and assist in the development of effective mailing lists to target key industry stakeholders.

Requirements:
This role requires intellectual autonomy, creativity, and an ability to think beyond standard commercial conference production cycles.
The primary aim is to help dmg create a long-term reputation for excellence in the Asian energy market, driving forward its ambitions to be the most respected provider of energy conferences in the world.
