Smart City Kitchens builds commercial kitchens designed specifically for food delivery. We offer a low risk, low upfront capital investment and high upside opportunity for small to medium size F&B operators to launch and expand their restaurant or food delivery business.
Currently, we are looking for Business Development Manager/Account Executive to further expand our new business in retail area.
As an Account Executive, you are responsible for managing end-to-end sales cycle for kitchen sales.
**Responsibilities**:
- Source leads and evaluates opportunities to determine their viability as a cloud kitchen operator
- Craft effective pitches and mutual beneficial contract terms that demonstrate an understanding of both current market conditions’ impact on restaurant P&L and client wants and needs
- Build and maintain efficient, varied sales pipeline (SMBs, enterprise, local heroes, etc.), successfully closing out potential customers in a timely manner
- Proactively engage with restaurants on site as part of relationship building and conducting the overall sales pitch
- Nurture existing customer relationships to get referral business and secure kitchens across multiple facilities
- Ensure an accurate license agreement is in place along with the customer’s first deposit before initiating the handover to onboarding. Handover includes transfer of all relevant information pertinent to the sale (i.e. deal terms, special requirements, contact information etc.)
- Utilize Salesforce to track outreach, organize the sales pipeline for maximum efficiency, and leverage data to develop and optimize selling tactics/strategy to maximize success
- Develop and maintains internal relationships to set proper expectations with potential customers and continually seeks out value adding opportunities (for customers) that other teams can test out
- Actively participate in best practice sharing, training and knowledge exchange across the sales team to improve overall performance
**KPIs Include**:
- Pipeline Activity
- Quality of deals closed : Sales performance
- Time from deal signing to paying
- Quality of deal structure
- Pipeline conversion rate
**Required Experience**:
- At least +1.5 years of hunter sales experience (Lead generations, cold calling, cold massaging)
- B2B sales experience (SMB is highly preferred)
- End-to-End sales experience
**Nice to have**:
- F&B, Retail, or/and logistics industry experience
- 3 - 5 years of end-to-end hunter sales experience
**Salary Scheme**:
Base (~ 5k/mo) + Commission + ESO
Industrial experience is not required We would love to meet people with great business acumen, hustler mindset, and proactive problem solving skills.
**Salary**: Up to $5,000.00 per month
