Facilities Administrator
To support our facilities team in managing Facilities transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
**Responsibilities**:
Submit all Facilities purchase requests, process facility related payments, T&E and track expenses
Address queries related to Purchase Requests, Purchase Order, and payments from internal and external stakeholders
Maintain and update records to ensure invoices are submitted correctly against the assigned purchase orders
Reconcile vendor statements, addressing mismatches promptly
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Assist in preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts as needed
Support project tracking and perform any other ad-hoc administrative tasks
Key Skills
Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
Consistent record of delivering high-quality results within established timeframes
High attention to detail, excellent time management and communication skills
Proficient in excel and ability to learn new systems used by the client
