Singapore My Drum School Full time

My Drum School (“MDS”) is Singapore’s first and largest school for specialized drum education. Established since 2007, the MDS ethos has always been one of excellence and James Pang, our Founder, recognizes the fundamental importance of drums.

Through the 14 years of operations, we have opened 4 Centres in Ang Mo Kio (North), Potong Pasir (Central), Kallang (East), and Buona Vista (West) - as of today, we have become the nation’s choice for drum education.

**Work hrs and Location**:
5 Day Work Week: 3 days on Weekdays (Mon, Wed, Thurs: 9 am to 5.30 pm) + 2 days on Weekend (Sat, Sun: 11 am to 5 pm)

**We are currently hiring a Customer Support Officer with the following job responsibilities**:

- Deliver a professional and high-quality service experience for MDS's students (no sales involved)
- Acquire a strong working knowledge of the organization’s programs and services.
- Manage customers’ studio make-up bookings promptly and professionally.
- Provide prompt support to educators on leave by communicating to customers and finding alternative relief educators
- Develop great rapport with customers and build brand loyalty.
- Maintain close liaison with all other educators to have a good understanding of the operational flow and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Provide other administrative support to the Customer Relations Team

**Other requirements**:
Relevant working experience in the Customer Service field

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Able to work in a pressurized and highly driven environment

Proficient in basic computer skills and Excel

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,700.00 - $2,900.00 per month
