**Job Opportunity: Customer Support Officer
**Company**:Architectural Glass Manufacturing Company
We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented **Customer Support Officer **to join our dynamic team. As a key player in our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of customer orders, handling queries, and providing essential administrative support.
**Key Responsibilities:
- Verify order data and coordinate with the Production Department to ensure accuracy before order release
- Communicate with customers to gather missing information or address any queries or concerns
- Collaborate with the Logistics Department to ensure timely and efficient delivery of orders
- Maintain and update accurate sales and customer records in the system
- Expedite orders and coordinate internally to meet customer deadlines
- Act as a liaison to relay valuable customer feedback to relevant departments for continuous improvement
- Stay updated on new products and features to assist customers with up-to-date information
- Provide general administrative support and assist with any ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management
**Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’ Level, Polytechnic Diploma, or an equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in sales administration, customer service, or a similar role is highly desirable
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a strong work ethic and a proactive attitude
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
