**Uniserve** is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our team in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving new business growth across Freight Forwarding (Air, Sea & Land), Contract Logistics (Warehousing and Final Mile Delivery), and 4PL solutions (integrated supply chain solutions) in the Singapore and South Asia Pacific region.

**The Role**:

- Develop and execute a strategic business development plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Singapore and South Asia Pacific.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
- Develop and present compelling proposals that meet client requirements.
- Leverage Uniserve's global network and expertise to deliver comprehensive 4PL solutions.
- Manage and forecast sales pipelines to ensure visibility and success.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities.
- Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of Uniserve Singapore.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a sales role within the warehouse, freight forwarding, or logistics sector.
- Excellent understanding of the Singapore and regional freight forwarding markets.
- Strong knowledge of Contract Logistics (Warehousing & Transportation) a plus.
- Proven experience in developing and managing high-value client relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (including advanced Excel).

Pay: $96,000.00 - $126,000.00 per year

- Sales within logistics: 2 years (preferred)
- Excellent Singapore and regional freight forwarding: 2 years (preferred)
