**JOB SCOPE**

1. Identify and develop both new and current sales opportunities through various potential channels.

2. Handle new enquiries, plan approaches and pitches when attending client meeting.

3. Conduct regular sales visits, sampling, and price negotiation.

4. Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and necessary documents to customers.

5. Understand operations’ workflow and to coordinate with relevant operation staff to ensure timely fulfilment of customers’ order and delivery.

6. Ensuring payment by customers are made on time.

7. Maintaining good relationships with new and existing clients while managing their enquiries and expectations.

8. Produce and present weekly sales report with data analysis.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**

1. Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience.

2. Proficiency in English language.

3. Fast learner, reliable and independent.

4. Ability to attend to client needs and improve customer experience.

5. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

6. Excellent knowledge in MS Office (MS Excel in particular).

7. Good understanding of sales performance metrics.

8. Excellent communication, negotiation, time management and people skills.

9. Passionate in engaging customers and sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
