This role assumes overall responsibility in supporting regional retail direct-to-consumer (D2C) offline channel execution, compiling Best Practices and execution guide for South East Asia & Oceania (SEAO) region. Focusing largely on Samsung Experience Store and Samsung Premium Store (SES and SPS) channel.
- Provide timely analysis and insights from regional data and executions
- Align regional retail strategy to complement HQ programs and plans
- Involve high level of coordination with local subsidiaries’ retail teams, and help create quality reports to C-Level
- Liaise with subsidiaries in SEAO to translate strategy into executions and eventually business results (Profitability and Revenue

This role focuses on:

- Analyze regional market trends, Samsung offline Brand Stores’ sales trends, internal data, competition and product segment mix to help identify opportunities to drive sellout in SES and SPS channel
- Work closely with Regional Product Management and Subsidiary Retail team to facilitate new product launches Go-To-Market plans and track execution progress
- Support strategic Retail projects executions and results tracking (e.g Net Promoter Score etc) This is in coordination with Subsidiary retail operations and regional/global project teams
- Distill best practices of Retail executions and scale across region with speed

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree with at least 2-4 years of retail operations, trade marketing, and/or channel marketing experience in Consumer Goods
- Analytical, logic based approach to problems
- Career aspiration in retail & channel management area
- Effective time management, self disciplined & strong follow through skills
- Can-do, positive attitude
- Proven soft skills in: Strong analytical thinking, Execution-focused, High Ownership behaviour, Strong interpersonal and intercultural skills to influence within matrixed organisation
