**About the Job**
The Regional Experience team is responsible for driving retail excellence by simplifying operations, building omni innovation tools and delivering inspirational store fit outs that elevate consumer experience. In this role, you will be responsible for working closely with key collaborators alongside cross-functional teams for the development and implementation of our POS training materials.
Your day-to-day work will include:
- Work on point of sale (POS) training materials
- Run POS monthly exception reports
- Review and execute first round of checks on exception reports from the shared services center
- Organize and assist with decks for monthly operations call (prepare performance analysis)
- Organize and assist with decks for flagship call
- Prepare retail operations reports to support monthly call
- Analyse and interpret retail trends
- Provide retail team with first-hand feedback from consumers through the daily interface with them
- Devise reports to track retail KPIs
- Consolidate all retail related reports for routine business updates
- Track and benchmark (internally and externally) the market’s performance, identify areas in need of support and develop projects with the markets to improve performance
- Contribute to discussion relating to retail operation projects
- Interpret reports and advise shop operation team on critical business pillars necessary to ensure delivery of commercial targets/ KPIs
- Participate in planning and presenting monthly team meetings
- Participate and work with retail operations team on relevant regional projects
- Assist in preparation of retail operating procedures, policies and controls and ensure retail operation excellence
- Manage all POs and administrative activities in support of the regional retail operations team
- Liaise with head of retail operations on all related retail administrative matters
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Good analytical skills, and expert at Excel and PowerPoint
- Structured and meticulous approach, when drawing numbers and analyzing in terms of charts and figures
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills, as this person will be required to deal across teams
- Curious mind and agility to learn, and most importantly, an interest in retail
