**What You'll Do**:

- ⁠ ⁠Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.
- ⁠ ⁠Oversee accounts, invoicing, and budget tracking for projects.
- ⁠ ⁠Handle administrative tasks like files, data management and office coordination.
- ⁠ ⁠Support our Casting Director/ Manager and team with daily operational needs.
- ⁠ ⁠Improve workflows to enhance productivity and efficiency.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- ⁠ ⁠Photoshop or video editing skills are a bonus.
- ⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn basic accounting and invoicing procedures.
- ⁠ ⁠Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- ⁠ ⁠No prior experience required—just enthusiasm to learn and grow
