**Job Responsibilites:
Training and Development
- Support the development of employees’ training needs and training plans
- Process training requests and assist with external course registration
- Coordinate internal training courses, schedule employees, prepare training materials and logistics
- Inform employees of upcoming trainings and collate attendance and feedback
- Submit training-related claims to government agencies
- Assist in preparing training activity reports and feedback & evaluation findings

Induction and Internships
- Assist in the induction of new staff
- Assist in liaising with Institutes of Higher Learning to coordinate internships with various departments
- Track the readiness and integration of new staff and interns

Compensation and Benefits
- Process e
- attendance listing submitted by respective Supervisors/HODs
- Verify overtime schedule
- Process petty cash claims of staff in accordance with entitlement

Recruitment and Onboarding
- In charge of the recruitment of contract, temporary and junior staff
- Verify manpower agencies’ invoices and process payments
- Manage for card access system and issuance of staff access card to new joins

Staff Engagement
- Participate in planning and executing of staff engagement programmes, company events and other ad-hoc matters

General Administration
- Verification for access card rights & annual access cards rights review
- Monitor inventory of staff uniforms and issue in accordance with policy
- Manage staff lockers
- Handle office administration including stationary
