**About the job**:
We are looking for a Human Resource Administrative Officer to support the HR team in administrative duties. The incumbent is responsible to ensure data accuracy, proper documentation and assist with staff related enquires.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist and administer end-to-end employee lifecycle from recruitment to off-boarding
- Assist in handling recruitment and selection, employee relation and recreational activities, welfare, and general administrative matters
- Partnering with internal and external stakeholders on employee related matters and initiatives
- Coordinate with HR team to provide positive employee experience, i.e. on-boarding, orientation, off-boarding, meeting arrangements, events and logistics
- Administer, update and maintain employees' data on HRIS and e-pfile
- Medical benefits administration for outpatient specialist, inpatient, polyclinic, A&E and panel clinics bills
- Ensure conformance to internal policy, relevant statutory and employment law requirements
- Provide guidance and advice to staff, and answering day-to-day employee related queries
- Provide general administrative support and participate in ad-hoc HR projects & initiatives as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Human Resource or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of Human Resource experience
- Strong organizational, critical thinking and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgement
- Good understanding of Employment Act and Manpower Laws
- **Problem-solving**:You must be comfortable working with business leaders and managers to address any workforce challenges or issues.
- **Intellectual curiosity and empathy**:you must have a desire to learn all aspects of the business and understand its goals.
- **Systems**:Familiar with SAP or SuccessFactor
- **Can-Do Attitude**:You are positive and willing to deal with problems or new tasks
