
Human Resource Executive

Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection process for HQ and outlet recruitment
- Liaise with agencies on the hiring of foreign recruitment
- Arrange medical check for foreign workers
- Renew work permits as required
- Identify and fill employees vacancies based on manpower needs
- Prepare employment letter and arrange for contract signing sessions
- Collect / Take employee photo
- Creation of P-file
Payroll
- Gather all exceptions documents for monthly payroll processing
- Clarify any doubts prior to / during the payroll period
- IR21 submission for foreign workers upon resignation
- Prepare final settlement for resignee
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of payroll
HRIS
- Ensure databases are updated promptly and accurately at all times
- Input new hires into the different systems as required
- Manage TMS system and update records regularly
Admin
- Update leave records as and when required
- Print leave forms, employment forms, outlet calendars, etc, and distribute them accordingly
- Internally for any announcement made
- Stock up on pantry supplies
- Handle all employees queries
- Any other duties assigned
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in HR
- Minimum 2 years experience in HR doing recruitment and payroll
- Have good knowledge of the Employment Act of Singapore
- Meticulous and attention to detail
- Neat and tidy
- Have initiative and willingness to learn
- Passion in HR preferred
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice preferred
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,400.00 - $3,300.00 per month
