Senior Human Resources Executive

As the Supervisor of the HR Shared Services team, you will manage the daily operations related to employee HR data processing and ensure accurate, timely service delivery in line with policies and regulations. You will monitor team performance, manage workloads, guide team members through complex tasks, and build strong stakeholder relationships. This role also involves driving continuous improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee employee HR data management to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to established processes
- Ensure service level targets are consistently met in accordance with the SLA
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing HR operational and advisory support to stakeholders
- Guide and coach team members in resolving complex or escalated issues
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency and user experience
- Collaborate on system enhancements and automation opportunities
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or related field
- At least 2 years of HR experience (supervisory experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Tech-savvy with interest in HR systems and automation
- Meticulous, proactive, and strong in problem-solving
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
