**Designation**: Senior Human Resource Executive
**Reporting To**: Chief Workforce Office
**Office Location**: Singapore, Central-West
**Overview**:
This role is responsible for employee engagement & communications, HR generalist support and HR projects support where applicable in Singapore and across the region. This role will play a critical role in developing the People Culture & Experience as well as to drive human capital value and increase connectivity amongst the organisation’s talent. Lastly, this role will also support HR operations and regional PR initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Employee Engagement & Communications**
- Actively develop and drive the employer brand across the entire employee journey/lifecycle
- Assist in the implementation of local and regional initiatives in terms of employee value proposition & employee engagement
- Develop employee communication & engagement content for various internal platforms & channels (e.g. Newsletter, Yammer, Townhall, etc.)
- Build a strong understanding of employees’ needs so as to improve employee experience and engagement
- Play an active role in the planning and deployment of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Sustainability initiatives
**2) HR Generalist Support**
- Manage employee onboarding activities partnering IT, Finance and Admin departments
- Support the planning of induction and new hire training programs including employee offboarding activities
- Keep up-to-date on local labour regulations & changes in statutory polices, recommending updates to HR policies where necessary
**3) HR Projects**
- Support planning, scheduling, and implementation of other regional initiatives & projects including data analysis, presentation development etc.
- Partner regional HR team on any other ad-hoc projects, and the overall development of the HR function across Asia
**Requirements**:
- At least 2 years of working experience in a HR function with strong exposure to employee engagement & internal communications
- Passionate in engaging people as well as creating amazing people experience and culture-building
- Regional exposure working with international stakeholders is a bonus
- Strong command of both written and spoken English
- A sense of Creativity and strong copywriting skills
- Hands-on experience with photo and video editing tools is advantageous
- Working knowledge of internal and external communications & engagement platforms, channels & tools.
- Resourcefulness, agile and attention to details.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: Up to $4,600.00 per month
