The Senior Franchise Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the operational performance and compliance of franchise locations within Bacha Coffee outlets. This individual will work closely with franchisees and overseas partners to ensure that brand standards, operational procedures, and customer service expectations are met or exceeded. This individual will be reporting to Head of Franchise Team.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular visits and audits to franchise locations to assess operational performance, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with brand standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, serving as the main point of contact for operational support and guidance.
- Implement training programs and initiatives to ensure that franchise employees are properly trained on operational procedures, food safety standards, and customer service protocols.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, profitability, outlet compliance and customer satisfaction metrics for each franchise location.
- Implement the franchise operating manual and update wherever required and provides guidance in all operational and training areas.
- Lead preparation and host Franchise functional meetings.
- Collaborate with franchisees to develop action plans to address any operational challenges or opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive growth and implement action plans.
- Prepare reporting on outlet audits and market opportunity.
- To be trained and stationed across various departments for training including Operations, Training and Franchise Department.

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder in Business or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a relevant experience in a similar capacity
- Experience in F&B /Luxury Goods/ Hotel industry will be advantageous
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
- Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-orientated
- Strong organizational, analytical skills and follow-up
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Positive and accurate representation of the brand at all times
- Adaptable and flexible
- Good team player
- Willing to travel to our franchises overseas when required
