We are looking for a Senior Franchise Associate to oversee all facets of the Franchise function for SG & have full responsibility for the franchise operations. The individual is responsible to provide key procurement related inputs to the Operations business plans and participate in the design of the franchise operation strategy. In addition, he/she is expected to implement the operation strategy and oversee the design & execution of related tactical and operational plans to meet countries objectives.
**Responsibilities**
- Support operations of TiffinLabs Franchise Units & build strong relationship with the operating partner
- Lead the operation excellence, brand standard &quality control with all partner’s operations
- Has strong and hand-on knowledge of all TiffinLabs brands, able to identify and taste all menu items according to the brand standard &promise. Maintain guidelines of food preparation to ensure that desired quality and standards are achieved
- Key trainer for all new launches & post-launch retraining requirements
- Conduct pre-signing of partner/ operator audit, work along with the Business Development team to ensure that all potential partner/ operator has a suitable infrastructure set-up.
- Conduct post launch audits on product quality and consistency
- Conduct weekly operation visit to check-in with the partners/ operators; relationship building & understand weekly business trends
- Weekly rating & feedback review on all aggregator’s platforms and shared with Partner Success Team; present to partner/ operator and suggest improvements. Follow up on all reviews during the partner/ operator visit & ensure action taken.
- Ensure partners/ operators are fully compliant to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards according to statutory guidelines. Ensure that policies and standard operating procedures are strictly adhered to
- Maintain a trainer for every partner/ operator to ensure TiffinLabs’ brand quality is always upheld
- Review all partner’s package regularly to maintain all latest documentation & details for partner/ operators’ reference
- Manage all requests to amend details on delivery aggregator’s backend system and validate with the partners & communicate with delivery aggregators; e.g. operation hours, menu management, pricing & promotion updates and etc
- Menu management of all current menu, new menu & LTO; upload and update to ensure accuracy of details to avoid any discrepancy
- Maintain database of all changes past & upcoming as source of truth
- Collaborate with other departments to seek to resolve any issues at the shortest time
- Others ad-hoc task as assigned by department head

**Requirements**:

- Diploma/ Degree in Business Studies/ Management/ Hospitality or related fields
- At least five years of relevant working experience in the food and beverage industry management level/ managing franchise partners (experience managing virtual brands will be an added advantage)
- A natural leader, highly communicative to influence partners/ operators
- Quality-driven with good understanding of local food and beverage trends
- Trained eye for detail and customer-centric
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
