**We are looking for aspiring individuals that fit the below description.
**Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for assisting CEO to handle the company’s business work and daily affairs.
- Acting as the first point of contact between CEO and internal or external stakeholders. Work closely with all departments and coordinate business activities to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Review, analyse and maintain overall company expenses.
- Oversee and co-ordinate internal processes involving other business units for customer inquiries, investigations, and escalations, not limited to implementing new processes to improve work flow.
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence on behalf of CEO.
- Create, process, and analyse data, reports, presentations.
- Work with the CEO to plan, prioritise and schedule meetings according to her requirements.
- Coordinate internal meeting arrangements, prepare and compile meeting materials (such as presentation decks, files, reports and other information) ahead of time. Follow up with relevant parties to ensure timely submission of materials prior to the meeting.
- Where required, attend meetings/ discussions with the CEO and record minutes of meetings/discussion, including person's responsible for the follow-up action points and timeline for completion. Follow up with relevant parties and record progress of follow-up action items prior to the next meeting.
- Conserve the CEO's time by reading, researching, collecting and analysing information as needed ahead of time.
- Maintain an organized system for tracking, monitoring and prioritising contacts, tasks, and projects for the CEO. Follow up on progress of assignments assigned.
- Ensure consistent and timely core services are provided to customers and assist in formulating plans to achieve the company's goals.
- Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
**Ad-Hoc**
- Perform related job responsibilities as assigned.
- To undertake specific projects as and when assigned.
**Job Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience in F&B/FMCG or catering industries.
- Advanced microsoft skills and data analytics skills are required.
