**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Serve business demands of customer units by designing business specific solutions based on standard services from TAF Partner platform (own solution design only for exceptional cases)
- Support the Business Partner Manager in consulting business customer and ITx in technical question regarding existing services out of the service portfolio (mainly focusing on the cloud environmental solutions out of Azure, AWS, DHC,... )
- Orchestrate the use/ consumption of standard services from TAF Partner platform and other IT related services (topics out of scope TAF Partner)
- Supervise implementation process from technical perspective
- Ensure integrated solution that satisfies business specific needs (e. g. on plant / production operations level, automation control systems, facility management, etc.)
- Act as interface to Technology Domain & Innovation Architects and Portfolio Management to develop the service catalogue
- Analyze and specify technical requirements for infrastructure that require profound expert knowledge
- Responsible for translating customer needs, & technology opportunities into detailed technical offerings, solutions & proposals.
- Ensure timely update, maintenance of system documentation including system recovery and AR/DR documents
