**Office Administrator - Process Department**
(6 months contract - with possibility of extending or conversion to a permanent role)
Our Company is looking for an organized and outgoingOffice Administrator within the Investor Services Process Department who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the team. In order to be successful in this position, you should be a detail-oriented, independent individual and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Tracking of data and updating information into the CRM system
- Drafting and filling up forms and contracts
- Taking minutes of meeting
- Client facing: meeting clients, answering phone calls and taking messages
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately
- Sorting of documents, filing, data entry, binding and scanning etc.
- Arranging for courier services
- Attending to KYC matters and filing of notarization/affidavit
- Any other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess at least A level or a Diploma in Business Studies/Paralegal or a relevant discipline
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in customer service and general administration
- Excellent skills in MS Office (pivot table, VLOOKUP will be an added advantage / CRM software is a plus)
- Independent, organize and meticulous with an eye for details
- Able to handle stress and ability to manage difficult customer situations
- Good working attitude and willing to learn
**We offer**:
- 5-day work week, 9am to 6pm

- Salary Range: S$2,500 to $3,000
**Job Type**: Contract
**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
