**Responsibilities**:

- Daily processing and follow up on business proposals submitted
- Liaising with staff, advisers and product providers on outstanding matters
- Produce reports required by the Manager of Operations and Business
- Responsible for updating/maintenance of client’s particulars in database as well as informing product providers
- Responsible for front office - answering of calls, greeting clients and guests
- General administrative work: collect/sort/distribute office mail, scanning/filing/archiving of records

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Excel
- Detailed and meticulous with numbers
- Good administrative skills
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player
- Good in spoken and written English
- Salary range : $1,800 to $2,500

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
