- Our client is one of world's successful smart commerce companies, enabling merchants to set up world class online stores. With over 500,000 merchants already using their technology they are aggressively expanding and now looking for a Commercial Director to join their leadership team in Singapore.
- Responsibilities
- In this role you will define and build the product solution plan and growth strategy for merchants in the region. You will identify growth sectors and build a strong merchant success team working closely with merchants to understand their business, competitive landscape and product demands. Working closely with other leaders across including Marketing, Product, Sales you will improve and enhance the merchant experience and continue delivering exceptional experience for your customers.
- Requirements
- 8+ years experience in a commercial or customer success role
- A proven track record in merchant acquisition
- Experience in ecommerce is advantageous
- Excellent customer relationship and consulting skills
- Highly driven, strategic with a strong drive for results
- Proven management and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
