Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Customer Success Director
to lead our customer success organization in Singapore. In this role, you will drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth by developing and executing strategies that ensure clients achieve maximum value from our products and services.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the customer success team, setting goals, KPIs, and performance standards
Develop and implement customer success strategies to enhance customer experience and satisfaction
Build strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships
Monitor customer health, identify risks, and implement proactive measures to reduce churn
Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to align customer success initiatives with business goals
Drive adoption and usage of products and services to maximize customer value
Provide insights and feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs and trends
Prepare and present reports on customer success metrics, retention, and growth to executive leadership
Mentor and develop the customer success team to build capabilities and high-performance culture
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
