Monitor customer health metrics, retention, and satisfaction – 顧客の健康指標、維持率、満足度を監視
Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to address client needs – 営業、プロダクト、サポートチームと連携して顧客のニーズに対応
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field – ビジネス、マーケティングまたは関連分野の学士号
