- Build new business relationships and foster connections with existing accounts.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to placement.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices to provide stakeholders competitive and market insights through data analysis and reports.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum Diploma in Human Resources or Business Administration.
- CEI certification, experience in a 360 role or a strong track record in sales would be advantageous.
- Proficient with Microsoft 360, recruitment tools and platforms.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
