**Responsibilities**:
**Talent Acquisition**
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines.
- Post and update job listings across multiple platforms to attract the right talent.

**Training & Development**
- Plan and organise internal and external training sessions to support the continuous development of employees.
- Liaise with department heads to assess and address specific training needs.
- Record training sessions and maintain training documentation.

**Onboarding & Offboarding**
- Coordinate onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Continuously improve onboarding materials and processes to ensure clarity.
- Work with department heads to develop customised work plans for each new employee.
- Manage offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and processing relevant documentation.

**Employee Engagement & Culture Building**
- Plan and execute employee engagement activities such as team-building events, birthday celebrations, and company outings.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace culture by implementing creative engagement initiatives that promote teamwork and employee well-being.

**Payroll Administration**
- Process payroll for part-time teachers, ensuring timely and accurate payments.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of HR experience, preferably in the Education sector.
- Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
