**Roles**
We are looking for a HR Manager for the group to support and oversee a broad range of strategic HR initiatives and programs to drive alignment with Group business objectives, policy and practices.
Reporting to the Group CEO, responsibilities include supervising local HR teams, designing, implementing company policies and designing and updating Group HR policies and annual action plans.
To be successful in this role, applicant should have a good knowledge of labour regulations in and experience in expatriate management
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and execute group HR strategies and programs required to maintain a progressive and result-driven work culture.
- Identify short-term and long-term group manpower needs and develop hiring strategies
- Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams
- Oversee employment contracts administrations for permanent and contract employees for the group
- Prepare company training plans - employee, department, company
- Prepare and manage function budget
- Design and implement company policies that support business objectives
- Ensure legal compliance of all HR policies and execution
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Business, HR, Organisation Development, or related area and/or related experience
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience
- Proven work experience in Regional HR or similar role
- Good knowledge of labour regulations in countries of operations
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership abilities
**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
