**Opportunity**

Implement SAS CX strategy through working with the Country CX organisation and manage day-to-day CX operational matters including new initiatives and projects involving processes, systems and digital features. This in particular for the Expertise & Ambition customer segments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Work with the Head of CX and CCO in translating the strategy and setting the direction for the countries to execute on
- Drive all CC related performance including setting targets
- Work with CEN CX, FPOs, GSC and countries to ensure that processes are running optimally and to provide input on SAS requirements when needed
- Support Country CX on daily operational and tactical matters
- Guide and prepare countries for global projects roll out including organising/coordinating training when needed
- Responsible for customer digital pursuits and uptake
- Manage CSTT and GSC teams

**We are looking for**
- Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders without having formal authority
- Good communication skills to be able to concisely and succinctly explain performance figures.
