What You Will Do At uTrada?
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our financial products and services to effectively address questions and concerns.
- Process and verify financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and recommend improvements to our services.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and company policies.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (both spoken and written) is required.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other customer service software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus.
