**What are you accountable for?**
You will be responsible for driving human resource strategies that align with the overall business objectives, people priorities and shape workforce culture that is align to our 4i values - Integrity, Intensity, Innovation, Involvement.
Your breadth of experiences comprise of deep understanding of various HR reference practices, all aspects of HR which include talent attraction, talent development and retention, organisational design and re-design, change management, workforce planning and optimisation, performance management (a bias for a high performance culture), employee relations and investigations, employee's engagement, compensation and benefits.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with senior commercial leaders to understand their business goals, challenges, and talent needs.
- Build and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the achievement of business objectives.
- Create and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies to foster a positive work culture.
- Partner with senior leaders to identify and address talent gaps to build a strong bench strength for succession planning.
- Analyze key people metrics and data to identify trends and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively share knowledge with senior leaders.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experiences in HRM and Strategic HR Manager roles.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Demonstrable experience in developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain effective relationships with senior leaders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
- Able to effectively handle multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced and highly matrixed environment.
- HR certification (e.g. IHRP, SHRM-SCP) is advantageous.
