
HR Administrator

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company goals and objectives
- Manage the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and conducting interviews
- Conduct orientation for new hires and assist with onboarding process
- Manage employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local and federal regulations
- Manage office and workshop administration tasks, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing vendor relationships
- Manage payroll processing and employee time tracking
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in HR and/or Administration
- Strong understanding of HR policies and procedures, employment law, and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software
