About the role
We are seeking a dedicated HR Manager/HR & Administrator Executive to join our dynamic team at AVA Global Pte Ltd. As a key member of our HR & Admin department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all in house HR and admin matters are timely handled and documented. This will also include all personnel's claims, annual leave, training and records maintenance. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Management: Oversee timely processing of payroll, including computation of salaries, allowances, deductions and statutory submissions.
Claims Administration: Manage employee claims and liaise with government authorities on matters such as levy waivers, etc.
HR Policy Implementation: Develop and implement HR guidelines, procedures and policies across the organisation.
Work Pass Management: Handle applications, renewals and cancellations of work passes; manage repatriation processes for work permit holders.
Reporting: Prepare regular and ad hoc payroll and costing reports for management.
Training Compliance: Ensure necessary training is implemented for compliance with regulatory certifications and licenses.
Employee Records Maintenance: Maintain comprehensive employee records, including payment details and health records; foster employee relations and communication.
