**Team Summary**

The CardinalCommerce Global Customer Services team (GCS) is dedicated to ensuring an excellent Customer experience throughout the design, implementation and ongoing support of our authentication and data solutions, which we offer to both merchants and issuers alike.

**What a Partner Implementation Manager (Analyst) does at Visa**:
As an Implementation Manager you will be expected to create an excellent Customer experience from post-sales through integration of 3DS(3D Secure) products and services. The Partner Implementation Manager position will focus on Partner implementations of Cardinal’s services, ensuring Cardinal’s Partners can leverage our solutions quickly and effectively. Success will be measured by the quality of the activation process, Customer experience, partner / distributor perceptions and meeting defined Customer Support SLA’s.

**In this role, you are expected to**:

- Establish relationships with assigned partnerships
- Build and maintain a streamlined boarding process for all new Customers
- Follow standardized Customer implementation procedures
- Ensure first-time, solid, without fail implementation of our services
- Work with downstream payment service providers, card networks & other 3rd parties during the implementation.
- Project Management
- Lead Cardinal’s Customers through our onboarding and implementation process
- Identify opportunities for technology to enhance, improve and speed the implementation process.
- Identify opportunities in our procedures to enhance, improve and speed the implementation process.
- Engage with Operations & Product Management as the customer advocate on platform & product roadmap discussions

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Hold weekly project calls with each partner
- Send out weekly report of in-flight projects
- Coordinate successful kickoff and start-up of new accounts along with Customer’s Project Managers, as required
- Keep management informed of critical issues, strategic opportunities, and issue status
- Prepare and present any required reports to requestor and management as required
- Follow all established processes and procedures
- Pursues training and development opportunities to improve your ability to integrate Customers

In many geographies, authentication is a requirement for online payment processing and is a critical point in the transaction flow. These projects will give the Implementation Manager an opportunity to engage with a variety of different technical teams for each client, and an opportunity to showcase their knowledge and expertise to internal and external stakeholders.

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office two days a week, Tuesdays and Wednesdays with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% of the time based on business needs.

**Qualifications**:
What you will need:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or similar technology discipline
- 5+ years of Project Management/Implementation experience in e-commerce realm
- Intermediate level understanding of JavaScript, API, native app SDKs
- Experience in direct customer communication
- Ability to use MS Office products
- Advanced knowledge of authentication and payment brand transaction flows
- Ability to function independently and in team environment
- Attention to details and solution oriented mindset
