The Opportunity:
- We have an exciting and rewarding opportunity to work as our Implementation & Account Manager within the Asia Pacific region. Within the role, you’ll be supporting our business units with digital partner implementation/onboarding and post-launch optimization.- Key Responsibilities:
**Partner Onboarding & Implementation**
- Leading and guiding project planning with internal and partner teams for a smooth partner onboarding roadmap across the region
- Creating a clear communication framework for internal and partner facing for partnership implementation and business review
- Supporting local markets with the creation of contracts and related communication with partners
- Supporting and coordinating with business development teams on solution proposals for partner pitches, proposals, and PoCs
- Supporting and coordinating with the business development and proposition team for a well-rounded partner-opportunity framework from a business, top-line point of view
- Coordinate with technology teams internally and with the partners to communicate clear integration solutions
- Job Functions**Account Management Framework**
- Supporting local markets in crafting cadence around digital partners’ initiatives roadmap for periodic review and optimization
- Provide inputs and guidance for analytics tracking of the account performance coherently and insightfully for communication
- Supporting and keeping local markets accountable for proactive engagement and relationship management with the key digital partners in the region
- Support and collaborate with proposition leads in the region and in markets on identifying growth optimization of programs and exploring other potential opportunities in the partner ecosystem
- Training and upskilling local market teams on best practices for account growth
- Your skills and experience:
- Strong understanding of digital ecosystems and business models, preferably within Asia
- 5+ years’ experience in Account management, ideally in a cross-market environment
- Min of 2 years of insurance experience (_ideally from within the digital ecosystem of insurance / insurtech space_)
- Prior project management experience in a digital ecosystem is preferred with the knowledge of seeing projects through their entire life cycle
- Strong Client facing experience & Digital Marketing skills are desirable
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely solution oriented to work with varied stakeholders internally and externally
